At OffGrid we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. Our goal is to provide simple, reliable communication devices designed to remove distraction, not add to it.
Warranty coverage and eligibility
Limited warranty
The OffGrid Phone includes a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty applies only to products confirmed to be defective upon inspection.
Resolution options
At our sole discretion, we may choose to repair the defective product, or replace the product with the same model.
Warranty exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, neglect, liquid exposure, or unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect functionality.
- Battery degradation caused by normal use.
- Products that are not found to be defective.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and activation process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Returns may only be accepted where the product is faulty or defective, the product arrives damaged, or the incorrect item was supplied.
How to request warranty support
1. Contact us
Please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect.
2. Assessment
Our team will review your claim and determine the most appropriate resolution.
3. Return authorisation
If required, we will provide instructions for returning the product for inspection.
4. Resolution
Once inspected, we will confirm whether the product qualifies for repair, replacement, or another resolution under warranty.
Important notes
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied.
Non-defective products
Returns or refunds are not provided for products that are functioning as intended.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
